Currently we are looking for UX Researchers (Senior & Mid) who will provide actionable and meaningful data-driven insights, and support our development efforts by building up a picture of our target users based on their needs, wants, motivations, and pain-points.


  • Planning user research to gain an understanding of users’ needs and actions based on qualitative and quantitative data
  • Creating personas, target groups and doing desk research
  • Creating reports and other documentation that can support our Product Management and Development teams in the development of new functionalities for our products
  • Sharing best practices and knowledge regarding UX research with the rest of the team

  • Experience conducting UX research by combining different methodes:
    • 4+ years for the Senior position
    • 2+ years for the Mid position
  • Ability to:
    • create reports with clear recommendations
    • collect and interpret user feeedback
  • Willingness to learn constantly
  • Understanding how to use qualitative and quantitative data
  • Very good Polish and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • And if you’re a team player with excellent communication skills, not afraid to present your ideas and discuss them in a broader group

Recruitment process step-by-step

  1. Submit your application
  2. Meet with Marcin (Head of Design) and Ola (UI/UX Designer) to learn a little bit more about our company, BigPicture, our Design Team, and to answer a few questions about your experience. Feel free to also ask Marcin and Ola as many questions as you need :) (currently online only)
  3. Solve our recruitment task
  4. Meet with Tomek, SoftwarePlant’s CEO to discuss our mutual expectations (currently online only)

    Purpose and basis of processing:
    Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment process together with a satisfaction assessment of the recruitment process:
    1) on the basis of a provision of law (Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO) – to the extent indicated in the provisions of labour law, i.e. Article 22 of the Labour Code and § 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 28 May 1996 on the scope of keeping records by employers in matters related to the employment relationship and the manner of keeping employee personal files,
    2) on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) of RODO) – with regard to other data not included in the aforementioned provision.
    SoftwarePlant Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. will process your personal data, also in further recruitment processes, if you give your consent to it.
    Recipients of personal data:
    We transfer your personal data only to entities that perform certain personal data processing activities on behalf of the Administrator (e.g. operate our IT systems).
    We enter into appropriate agreements with such entities and the data shared with them may not be used for their own purposes or in a manner not approved by us.
    We do not transfer your data to third countries or international organizations.
    Data retention period:
    Your data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored until the end of the recruitment process.
    If you have given us permission to use your personal data for future recruitment, your data will be stored for 24 months.
    Data Subject Rights:
    Under the RODO and the principles set out therein, you have the right to request:
    1) access to your personal data and to receive a copy of it;
    2) their rectification (correction);
    3) restriction of data processing;
    4) erasure of data;
    5) data portability.
    At any time, you also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, if it was the basis for data processing. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
    In addition, you may object to the processing of your data or lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (at the address of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw).
    Information about the requirement to provide data:
    Your provision of personal data in the scope resulting from Article 221 of the Labour Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment procedure.
    Providing other data is voluntary.
