Since 2015 we’ve built an amazing team of over 150 experts, and we’ll be opening over 100 new position in the coming months, and building our internal recruitment team. We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a passion for recruitment. We don’t want to tell you how to do your job, but we imagine it will involve things like:

  • Co-creating our recruitment strategy
  • Pro-actively sourcing new talent and attracting potential employees
  • Preparing and posting job ads on internal and external career sites
  • Pre-screening, phone-screening, scheduling recruitment meetings with Hiring Managers, and keeping candidates up to date with the recruitment process
  • Participating in employer branding activities (meetups, workshops, conferences, etc.)
  • Upholding the company’s high standards of candidate experience
  • Supporting the onboarding process of new team members

This is what we are looking for:

  • 3+ year of experience in IT recruitment for technical positions (developers, engineers, testers, PMs). Additional experience with recruiting for non-technical positions will be an asset.
  • Experience in managing a full-cycle recruitment process
  • Knowledge and interest in IT Sourcing and IT recruitment trends
  • Experience in working with recruitment metrics
  • Impeccable communication skills, and great attention to detail
  • Hands-on attitude, good energy and teamwork attitude
  • Full Polish language proficiency and English language proficiency on a B2 level minimum
  • Willingness to learn constantly

  2. Meet with Weronika, Head of People Operations at SoftwarePlant, for an ~1,5-hour conversation via Google Meet. She’ll tell you all about our company, teams, and values. We hope you’ll tell us about your professional experience and plans for future career development. The conversation will be carried out in Polish and English
  3. If everything goes well, we’ll call you with a job offer very quickly and welcome you to our team

    Purpose and basis of processing:
    Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment process together with a satisfaction assessment of the recruitment process:
    1) on the basis of a provision of law (Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO) – to the extent indicated in the provisions of labour law, i.e. Article 22 of the Labour Code and § 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 28 May 1996 on the scope of keeping records by employers in matters related to the employment relationship and the manner of keeping employee personal files,
    2) on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) of RODO) – with regard to other data not included in the aforementioned provision.
    SoftwarePlant Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. will process your personal data, also in further recruitment processes, if you give your consent to it.
    Recipients of personal data:
    We transfer your personal data only to entities that perform certain personal data processing activities on behalf of the Administrator (e.g. operate our IT systems).
    We enter into appropriate agreements with such entities and the data shared with them may not be used for their own purposes or in a manner not approved by us.
    We do not transfer your data to third countries or international organizations.
    Data retention period:
    Your data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored until the end of the recruitment process.
    If you have given us permission to use your personal data for future recruitment, your data will be stored for 24 months.
    Data Subject Rights:
    Under the RODO and the principles set out therein, you have the right to request:
    1) access to your personal data and to receive a copy of it;
    2) their rectification (correction);
    3) restriction of data processing;
    4) erasure of data;
    5) data portability.
    At any time, you also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, if it was the basis for data processing. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
    In addition, you may object to the processing of your data or lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (at the address of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw).
    Information about the requirement to provide data:
    Your provision of personal data in the scope resulting from Article 221 of the Labour Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment procedure.
    Providing other data is voluntary.
