SoftwarePlant is a flat structure company. We don’t like bureaucracy, and we want everyone on our team to feel empowered to grab the reins in their positions and help push the company forward. On an everyday basis, you’ll be working closely with other members of the Business Analysis team, as well as our Developers, our Design Team and our CEO. The complexity of your tasks will largely depend on your previous work experience.

We’re an office-based team and we invite you to work with us from our modern and comfortable office in Warsaw. Having the whole team in one office supports internal communication, increases our overall efficiency, and helps us to bond quickly. We also offer flexible working hours. Remote work is however available in emergency situations.

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, in March 2020, we’ve decided to move to a temporary 100% remote work model.

Since July 2020, our office is open again, and our team members can decide if they want to work from the office, or if they still prefer to work remotely. Precautions and rules have been put in place to make everyone in the office feel and be safe.

Our office is located in Warsaw on Łopuszańska 95 street. We designed it with different needs in mind. We have both comfortable open spaces and rooms to work in silence. We also have rooms where you can relax, play table football, PS4 or hit the Punch Machine.

We work from Monday to Friday, and our office is open from 7am to 8pm. You can adjust your day-plan to work efficiently within these time frames.

  2. First recruitment meeting conducted online (via Google Meet) by our Product Managers. During the meeting we’ll tell you about SoftwarePlant: our values, teams, and plans for the future. We’ll ask you about your previous professional experience, skills, and career goals. Finally, we’ll discuss the details of our cooperation and answer all your questions. The meeting takes about 90 minutes to two hours.
  3. A recruitment task to solve at home
  4. Second and final recruitment meeting conducted face-to-face in our office by our Product Managers and CEO.
  5. If everything goes well you can expect a job offer shortly after the second interview.

Feel free to ask us as many questions as you like during any step of the recruitment process. We want to make sure that you have a good understanding of our company and the position your applying for.
